୨♡ by commissioning me, you accept my terms of service! ♡୧-if you break any of the important rules it will result in a block and being blacklisted
-I don't have an additional fee for customers to use my art as personal merch or for marketing. Customers are free to do anything they want with their paid commission. (except trace, steal, feed into AI)

| REQUIRMENTS: |

| - I expect customers to give me all information they want/need for their commission before I start the sketch. You can make small changes before lineart is started. |
| -I prefer if all references provided by the customer are digital artworks to ensure me using accurate colors! |
| -Make sure you read all of my terms of service, most importantly my payment and production rules to avoid being blacklisted. |
| DONTS: |

| - Ask to be my friend or make irrelevant conversation unless you are my mutual/friend. My messages with customers are for commission puposes only. |
| - Feed my art into A.I. |
| - Only dm me with "hi" "hello" etc. I will NOT reply as I don't know if you want to commission me / consider it as spam. Please dm me saying you'd like to commission me. |
| - Steal, trace, or heavily copy my art. You can repost my art but only with credit. You can use your commission as a profile picture, reference use, etc but please credit me! |
| - Ghost me at any stage of the commission. Don't backdown on any stage of the commission. If you aren't able to pay for your commission then do not commission me. It's not my responsibility to know your financial situation. Backing down or ghosting will result in blacklisting and you won't be refunded. |
| -remove my watermark on the commission pieces. If you buy an adopt from me you can ask for an unwatermarked version. |
♡ Production time ♡
commissions usually take 3 days to 2 weeks.
if the 2 weeks has progressed and there are no updates please message me to remind me.
I will let you know if the commission will take longer or shorter.
If a rush fee is paid I will do your commission quicker and I prioritize these types of commissions. (check payment rules for more details)
I am a full time college student and I usually have a big queue. I work on my commissions based on the queue list on my trello. If you want to see my trello so you can view what stage your commission is at, ask me for the link!
♡ payment rules ♡
When commissioning me you have up to 2 days to send payment. If you are unable to meet this requirement then do not commission me.
For now on, ALL commissions require payment upfront.
I don't do holds or payment plans as my commissions are always open.
You cannot back down on paying for a commission as it will lead to being blacklisted.
I don't offer any refunds as my terms of service state multiple times to make sure customers have the funds to pay for a commission.
Rush fees are $5+ depending on the type of commission along with your time frame.
Same day turn around time is only available when commissioning an icon, itty bitty chibi, and other commissions depending on my schedule.

♡ Blacklist rules ♡
Being blacklisted is being blocked and unable to buy, own, sell, or use my art and designs.
Breaking my TOS or making me uncomfortable will result in blacklisting.
People that support or are apart of pedophilia, zoophilia, grooming, racism, homophobia, zionism, etc. are automatically blacklisted.
If you own or use any of my designs/art before being added to blacklist you may still use that design/art.
If blacklisted people try to commission me under a new account or try to get into contact with me I will block along with making your actions public depending on the situation.
People that are in this blacklist are permanently on the list.
I have my own reasoning for blacklisting people, but know that I have not and will not send any people to attack them. Me and my art business do not want drama, and I try to my best to handle all situations privately.
